Thu, 29 December 2005 I wish I could have met "Jonah"- I was so touched by this mural. Dogs greeting each other + The rest is the subway ride to Woodside, Queens and my studio visit with Arthur Robins and his girlfriend. Footage also includes an improvised drum solo and a fingerpuppet show. Plus more dogs in Arthur's paintings! You can see more of Arthur's work at www.arthurrobins.com and www.poolpaintings.com. W. Thu, 29 December 2005 This short clip starts in Williamsburg + over recorded San Francisco (night shot) + LTB (Modern Painters magazine) soccer match during Art Basel Miami Beach 2005, ARTINFO.COM in action, then the dark low light bit is at the Delano Hotel, I think this was the NADA party. All very random.

Thu, 22 December 2005 A splendid evening..."Dirty Little Secret" went on last and then there is a few seconds of footage of my drive home that evening 2:00am Sunset Blvd. to Monterey co.. Cool soundtrack, so until I get ASCAP lic. or something I guess I could get in trouble for posting the rest of the footage, I know you can't wait, everyone-start-holding-your-breath [BTW: Pet Shop Boys, Je t'aime...moi non plus"]...Two other bands played that evening (Dec. 15th), "Nova Split" and Ceramic Isles...Have footage of Nova Split, unfortunately battery died during "Ceramic Isles" but did record with ADAT which I hope to post sometime soon. Kinda dark footage (but oh so cool), should have checked the settings on my mom's old 8mm.

Thu, 22 December 2005 Oh-la-la the memories of cruising Collins Ave....Finally posting the first bit of footage from ART BASEL MIAMI 2005. Notice the roof top instllation, atop the W hotel, and also the performance in the park; excuse me since the only notes I took were via video (will credit later or post footage w/ title plaques). Very last bit is PS1 Radio Remote, will post that video soon. "Mario call me, I had to hard-reboot my Treo and lost your mobile #). 6.5 MinutesComments[0] |
